music is still dead

music has always been a large part of my life, no matter what situation I have ever been in, good or bad, I can tell you either the song I was listening to when it happened, or which song reminds me of it.
some of you may know that I have a really bad memory
except when it comes to music
when I’m listening to a song I can recall everything that I have ever done while that song was played

so now I’m listening to “in my life” its a cover song by Johnny Cash,
and I find myself wondering about music, and where its going within the next few years
all the great artists are gone now.

I feel like a baby while writing this, I cant stop tearing up, because I sincerely believe that there will not be anymore great musicians. everything is in the past
what do we have to look forward to now?

yay 50 cent is going back on tour.
