his name is John
John is a 28 year old man
he lives with his parents
he has no car
no drivers license
no girlfriend
no life
he works at a gas station

but he is punk rock
he hates emo kids, despises them. he writes long drawn out blog posts about emo kids, and how much they suck.
he drones on and on in his myspace about how his life is going nowhere… how no one likes him and how he will never get a girl.
no one understands him.
long poems about how he is an outcast… he is different, and no one can love him

“what is an emo kid” you ask?
well Debbie an emo kids is someone who writes long drawn out blog posts about kids, and how much they suck.
they drone on and on in their myspace about how his life is going nowhere… how no one likes them and they will never get a girl
no one understands them, they write long poems about how they are an outcast… they are different, and no one can love them

so how is John different from any normal emo kid you may be wondering.
john is TWENTY EIGHT FUCKING YEARS OLD!!!!!

you see emo kids, and new pop punk kids have an excuse for their stupidity, they are young….. between 14 and 18, they don’t have the mental capacity to know any better.
they think life sucks because…. well for them it does
they don’t know that once out of high school life begins… things become clear, life has goals, and friends become family.

John’s life is going nowhere, so he chooses to let out all of his frustration on the easiest target he can find
he chooses emo kids because its basically like targeting himself

he puts down their music… he says:
“it isn’t true punk…. they are sellouts!”

like i said john is punk rock
he likes nofx and lagwagon
the descendents and rancid

he likes these bands because they are “hardcore and old school”

they have been around for awhile
they are “true punk”

but what he fails to see is the founders of punk, people like Johnny Rotten ,Johnny Ramone Marky Ramone, Tommy Ramone, CJ Ramone, and others laugh at these bands…. they say “they aren’t true punk… they are sellouts”john doesn’t see the system
everyone hates new things…. if new music comes out…. 90 percent of the previous generation will hate it

the same goes for whatever comes after emo…. I’m sure the emo kids will hate it

one of the big things john rags on emo kids about is the fact they all tend to cut themselves…. they wear their scars like jewelry.
he screams from the top of his mighty soapbox about this… until I mention the fact that we used to pierce ourselves in high school…
we would wear safety pins in infected puncture wounds like they were jewelry

john also has one other issue
as much as he hates emo kids…
he cant seem to stop hitting on emo girls.
I can see how you wouldn’t think this is a problem…
until i remind you that john is almost 30….. and most emo girls are about 16

this is something I just cant figure out… he once told me that he cant find girls his age attractive.
i had john sit down and go through my myspace friends…
when he got to Justin… he went to Justin’s friends list and never came back
he picked out these people whom he thought were attractive

but he would have none of it… these girls weren’t attractive to him
I tend to blame this issue on his life in high school…. he was an outcast… he never got the girl…. he never got any girl as a matter of fact.
in his mind the image of the “perfect girl” is a popular 16 year old high school student
not that I’m trying in any way to justify his issue

I don’t know what would make him do this… and I don’t know the mind of a 16 year old girl…

what I mean is
what do 16 year old girls think of a 30 year old guy hitting on them

someone almost one and a half times their age

I know if someone pushing 40 were to hit on me I would have noting to do with that person

but does he have a chance?
is he actually going to get these girls….
the daddy complex cant be that hard-core can it?

all i know is if this man…. actually succeeds in dating a girl that young…. he will fuck up her life….
and I dont want to see that happen
