in life, life you are destined to meet people that will leave an impact on you

people who will push you to think…
people who will spark your creativity…
people who (without knowing it) will teach you the value of life and love

i have been lucky enough to know many of these people
but none have had as much of an impact on my high school years as Sheila

Sheila taught me that, you can overcome anything
she taught me that there was more to life than pissing people off
she taught me that through strength, you can change the world

for the past week or so i have been thinking of Sheila…
fond memories of times we spent together
not so fond memories of her hitting me in the face

yesterday sheila sent me a message on yahoo…
she found me through myspace

we talked on the phone for hours

about Jason
her daughter
the war
the past
the future…

its nice being able to speak to Sheila again, after such a long time

i have made plans to visit her within the next week
so expect a nice update with new pics
